Only 800 sq. foot tent and leveled floor, but thought it may be blog worthy.
Here’s some shots from start to finish on a permanent resale we did for a local hotel group. Everything needed to be done here from cement, HVAC work(exterior and interior), carpet, and obviously all the tenting.

Here’s the start of a project at a local hotel. Every detail needs to be looked at with a fine tooth comb; cement pad, HVAC, climate control, weather proofing, carpet, electrical, lighting, etc…
Small 20×20 frame tent over a patio.
30×40 “warming tent” that we installed in -5 degree wind chills on Monday. Burr. The tent stays up for a lights festival from now until January. They’ll be serving hot chocolate, hot dogs, and coffee as a way of warming up and getting people out of the cold wind.
And of course you need to heat it….
30′ Navi Trac Tent and Stage for a local fashion show.
Putting up tents downtown Chicago can sometimes be a difficult endeavor. Early install times, late removals, and dealing with thousands of people walking around. However, nothing makes a better tented setting than the skyscrapers in the background.

A/C isn’t just for homes, but tents can have it too. Here’s an example with a corporate event we did last week with full air-conditioning. Of course you have to put doors on the tent so the cool air doesn’t escape!
Here’s some shots of another June wedding we did a couple weeks ago. 40×110 Navi-Trac Tent connected to a 20×65 Navi-Trac Tent. Everything with full fabric ceilings, fabric drapes, and some awesome interior lighting.
We can really transform our tents into elegant and classy venues. This is one example of how a full tent fabric liner can transform the tent. We add some chandeliers to really finish off the look. Thank you to Photography By Lauryn!
30×60 Navi Trac Tent on a 5′ elevated floor.
We do a lot of tenting over patios for golf clubs. Here’s one from last weekend up on the North Shore. 40×40 Navi Trac frame tent with window walls, full tent liner and draping.
A windy, cold, rainy day to install a 40×140 Navi Trac Frame. Nonetheless, we still were able to get some install shots.
